Notes: FNA20: "Pseudognaphalium macounii is recognized by its stipitate-glandular, proximally glabrescent stems, bicolor and decurrent leaves, relatively large and many-flowered heads, and hyaline, shiny phyllaries."

Reported in WA by Creso (1984); Chambers and Sundberg (2000) separate from viscosum but BC flora lumps them.
